- Granite Quality: We do our best to supply and export the best quality Granite Slabs / Tiles. However granite stone is a product of nature and no two pieces is exactly alike. So the variations in granite slabs that you see in color and texture are a natural phenomenon. So we obtain approval of the samples from the customers before supplying. Even then variations are possible and customers need to understand this.
- Granite Packaging: All granite slabs / granite tiles packing is done in strong and safe packages so that the products are delivered to customers in safe way. Granite Photos are sent to buyers before delivery and their approval is obtained. Despite taking all precautions there may be an incident when granite slabs breakage can occur due to the long shipment journey and multiple handling of packages. VSG Exports does not accept claims in this regard ,although we do support our customer with insurance coverage.
- Delivery: We do our best to deliveries on time. Even then in some case there is delay due to natural calamity like floods, heavy rains, storm etc. or civil strike, shut down of sea port etc. Customers are advised of the situation immediately and VSG Exports does not entertain any claims arising out of such delays.
- Granite Availability: Granite is a natural product and sometimes granite quarries get exhausted so some color may not be available. We keep our customers informed of the developing situations.
